Andrew McBride- Rhythm of the Road

Singer/Songwriter
Born in Nashville, TN, and raised on a cattle farm, singer-songwriter Andrew McBride writes from a place of tradition and lived experience. By high school, he was writing songs and hosting concerts, inspired by the storytelling of artists from Kris Kristofferson to Van Morrison. McBride honed his craft at MTSU’s Commercial Songwriting program before founding and fronting the band Creekwood in Los Angeles. The band brought Bluegrass Americana to packed West Coast venues, including a sold-out night at the Whisky a Go Go, and released 2,000 Miles West, produced by Grammy winner Ted Russell Kamp. Now based in rural Coffee County, TN, McBride continues to write with authenticity, drawing from faith, family, and gratitude. His 2023 single “Open Hands,” recorded with Grammy-winning producer Mitch Dane, marked a deeper turn inward, and his current project, The Nashville Sessions, reunites him with Ted Russell Kamp, capturing an artist hitting his stride.
